Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the advertising agency shall apply to the Board of Film Certification in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Board of Film Certification shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
