Intimation of change.—Every recruitment and placement agency for seafarers shall intimate to the Conservator of the Port, in Form 8 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Conservator of the Port shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
