Rule 23, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2015 [S3G-SC0]

Maintenance of premises.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall keep the premises where mining within a forest area is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every waste manifest kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with mining within a forest area, and shall furnish to the Environmental Appellate Authority in Form IV, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
