Rule 22, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2015 [S3G-SBE]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form VI not less than one hundred and eighty days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees; and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the owner of a mine within a forest within ninety days of the renewal.
