Rule 20, Madhya Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2015 [S3G-S9A]

Safe custody.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall keep every register of consents to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where mining within a forest area is carried on, shall record in Form III the description of every register of consents so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Environmental Appellate Authority within forty-five days of the close of each year.
