Grant of certificate of registration.—The Official Liquidator shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of five hundred rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form DIR-12 within one hundred and twenty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every statement of affairs stated in the application.
