Intimation of change.—Every tax return preparer shall intimate to the Commissioner, in Form 16 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
