Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the handwriting expert shall apply to the High Court in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the High Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
