Surrender of certificate.—Every marriage bureau who ceases to carry on the arranging of marriages shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every succession certificate held by him has been disposed of.
