Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any person dealing in securities dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Companies in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every statement of holdings then held; and the Registrar of Companies shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
