Surrender of certificate.—Every passport holder who ceases to carry on the holding of a passport shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Protector of Emigrants in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every residential permit held by him has been disposed of.
