Intimation of change.—Every pilot of a port shall intimate to the Mercantile Marine Department, in Form 4 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Mercantile Marine Department shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
