Production of records.—Every foreign company shall, on request by the Regional Director, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any register of members not held at those premises.
