Grant of certificate of registration.—The Tribunal shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of two hundred rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form CHG-1 within seven days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every minutes book stated in the application.
