Regulation 2, CCI (Inspection of Foreign companies) Regulations, 2014 [S3F-ZAQ]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Competition Act, 2003 (12 of 2003); (b) "foreign company" means a person carrying on the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company; (c) "share" means a share received, held or disposed of by a foreign company in the course of the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company; (d) "Form MGT-7" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
