Surrender of certificate.—Every advertiser who ceases to carry on the publication of advertisements shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Legal Metrology in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every measure held by him has been disposed of.
