Surrender of certificate.—Every archaka who ceases to carry on the performance of rituals in a temple shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every register of trusts held by him has been disposed of.
