Application for registration.—Every actuary carrying on the practice as an actuary shall make an application for registration to the Institute of Actuaries in Form IRDA-5, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every proposal form held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
