Intimation of change.—Every contractor engaged in a mine shall intimate to the Chief Inspector of Mines, in Form H and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
