Intimation of change.—Every operator of a ferry shall intimate to the River Basin Authority, in Form E and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the River Basin Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
