Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a fuel station who ceases to carry on the running of a fuel station shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Fire Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every incident report held by him has been disposed of.
