Surrender of certificate.—Every direct selling entity who ceases to carry on the business of direct selling shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Warehouses in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every account of sales held by him has been disposed of.
