Application for registration.—Every direct selling entity carrying on the business of direct selling shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Warehouses in Form G, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every chit agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
