Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of an online education platform shall apply to the District Education Officer in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the District Education Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
