Application for registration.—Every operator of an online education platform carrying on the imparting of education by electronic means shall make an application for registration to the District Education Officer in Form C, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every admission register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
