Surrender of certificate.—Every sports body who ceases to carry on the organisation of sport shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every anti-doping form held by him has been disposed of.
