Application for registration.—Every significant data fiduciary carrying on the processing of personal data by a significant data fiduciary shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form B, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every electronic record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
