Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the significant data fiduciary shall apply to the Government of Rajasthan in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of Rajasthan shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
