Intimation of change.—Every significant data fiduciary shall intimate to the Government of Rajasthan, in Form B and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Rajasthan shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
