Application for registration.—Every co-operative bank carrying on the business of a co-operative bank shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Moneylenders in Form H, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every promissory note held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
