Authorised agent.—Any open access consumer may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form I the name and address of the agent within twenty-one days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within forty-five days of the revocation.
