Application for registration.—Every open access consumer carrying on the drawal of electricity under open access shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form III, within forty-five days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every generating station held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
