Surrender of certificate.—Every institution accredited by the Council who ceases to carry on the training of arbitrators shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the High Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every mediated settlement held by him has been disposed of.
