Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the patentee shall apply to the Copyright Board in Form 18 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand six hundred rupees, and the Copyright Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
