Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in insecticides shall apply to the Market Committee in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Market Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
