Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the recognised agent shall apply to the Bar Council in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Bar Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
