Application for registration.—Every recognised agent carrying on the representation of parties as a recognised agent shall make an application for registration to the Bar Council in Form D, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every certified copy held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
