Surrender of certificate.—Every recognised agent who ceases to carry on the representation of parties as a recognised agent shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Bar Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every deposition held by him has been disposed of.
