Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a brick kiln who ceases to carry on the working of a brick kiln shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every waste manifest held by him has been disposed of.
