Surrender of certificate.—Every publisher who ceases to carry on the publication of literary works shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every application held by him has been disposed of.
