Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a village bus stand shall apply to the District Collector in Form 5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the District Collector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
