Intimation of change.—Every tax return preparer shall intimate to the Joint Commissioner, in Form 26AS and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Joint Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
