Surrender of certificate.—Every payment system operator who ceases to carry on the operation of a payment system shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every promissory note held by him has been disposed of.
