Application for registration.—Every payment system operator carrying on the operation of a payment system shall make an application for registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form G, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every cheque held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
