Intimation of change.—Every courier service provider shall intimate to the Director of Industries, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Industries shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
