Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a hostel for tenants who ceases to carry on the running of a private hostel shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every agreement for sale held by him has been disposed of.
