Intimation of change.—Every operator of a hostel for tenants shall intimate to the Rent Authority, in Form F and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
