Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits shall intimate to the Town Vending Committee, in Form A and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Town Vending Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
