Surrender of certificate.—Every counting agent who ceases to carry on attendance at the counting of votes shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Delimitation Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2A of the manner in which every voting machine held by him has been disposed of.
