Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of assistive devices shall intimate to the District Level Committee, in Form VII and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Level Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
